Can I Change My Linked Steam Account?

Why Is the Steam Identity Fixed?

Your CASEXON account is linked to the Steam ID verified at first sign-in. Because skin withdrawals and Trade URLs are validated against this identity, they cannot be redirected to another Steam account.

Changing Your Trade URL

If you created a new Trade URL for the same Steam account, update it in Profile Settings. The system verifies that the URL belongs to the linked Steam ID.

If You Cannot Access the Account

First, complete the Steam account recovery steps. For security reasons, it is not automatic to transfer another Steam account to an existing CASEXON account.

Using another person’s Steam account or Trade URL may cause withdrawals to fail and trigger a security review.
