Inventory Statuses and Reservations

Understand the Available, Locked, Reserved, and Pending labels.

Core Statuses

  • Available: The skin can be used in supported transactions.
  • Reserved: Set aside for an active withdrawal, exchange, or game transaction.
  • Locked: Trade Protection or a transaction review has not been completed.
  • Pending: Waiting for a confirmed status from Steam or bot inventory.

Missing or Duplicate Record

Inventory synchronization uses Asset IDs. The same skin name can represent multiple individual items, so CASEXON verifies the Asset ID rather than only the name. If the issue remains after refreshing, include the relevant Asset IDs in your support request.
