How Is the Event Point Multiplier Calculated?

Understand the multiplier on the case card, fixed points, and the post-transaction point record.

The function cases icon and ratio in the lower right corner shows the multiplier applied to the score gain of the relevant opening. Some cases may give a fixed score instead of the multiplier.

Score Confirmation

Points are added to the event account after the successful and appropriate case opening is completed. Returns, cancellations or ineligible transactions do not earn points.

Past checking

Changes in performance score are kept with the transaction log. In case of unexpected differences, you can create a case opening number and a support request for approximately an hour.
