Operation ID
Each critical operation is tracked with a unique transaction ID. Provider reference, Steam offer ID, user, bot account, and status transitions are associated with this record.
Status history
Not only the final status of the transaction, but also the previous status and the automation or authorized information making the change is stored for control purposes.
Support review
The support team evaluates the technical evidence together with the summary shown to the user. Sensitive bot session information is not disclosed to the user, but the transaction and offer status on which the decision is based can be shared.
