Protection process
Steam may allow certain exchanges to be withdrawn within a specified period of time, during which time CASEXON validates the bid and asset status at specified intervals.
Effect on the Backend
For eligible high-value skin deposits, part of the amount may be held for eight days under Trade Protection. It becomes available when the period ends if the trade is not reversed; if it is reversed, the corresponding amount is adjusted securely.
